Randolph ISD was founded in 1933 and was the first district in the state of Texas to serve a military installation. Based out of Universal City, Texas, this public school district is small with one school serving each age group: Randolph High School (grades 9-12), Randolph Middle School (grades 6-8), and Randolph Elementary School (grades pre-K-5). Randolph Elementary School and Randolph Middle School were both National Blue Ribbon Schools in 2000-2001 and 2001-2002, respectively.
